Getting Started - The Process   

 

REGAL Home Inspection Services, hereafter referred to as REGAL Services, established this web site to

make the process of education, contracting, payment, scheduling, and reporting a smooth and effortless experience for everyone.  In addition, besides the educational information on this site, there are LINKS to other areas that support contract specifics such as standards of practice, ethics, and continuing educational requirements for maintaining certifications; and recommended services such as radon measurement, mold identification, and water quality evaluation in accordance with Underwriter’s Laboratories’ (U.L.) standards.  Also, there are LINKS to sites that contain valuable, high quality products and services that you may find

useful as a future new homeowner.

 

There are eight (8) easy steps to begin the process of your home inspection:

1.                   Read and understand the information on this site; especially About REGAL Services, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), and Other services offered.

2.         Complete the basic information in the Request For Information (RFI) form.

3.         Read and sign (Submit Button at bottom of page) the REGAL Services Basic Inspection Agreement.

4.         Use the LINK at the bottom of the Agreement page to make your payment.

5.         Use the LINK at the bottom of the Make Payment cover page to open the Appointment Page.

6.         Schedule your appointment on the next available  time and date shown.  You may also schedule on a more convenient future time and date beyond the next available.

7.         Get confirmation of your appointment by telephone or e-mail within 24 hrs.

8.         Check the LINK which shows the EPA Map of the Radon Zone (area) in which you plan to live in your new home.  Remember, the EPA Map shows the average for the zone; meaning that in any given location, Radon gas levels may be more or less than favorable for healthy living.  If you are in a RED Zone, recommend a MUST do; if in an ORANGE Zone, STRONGLY RECOMMENDED…especially if a smoker
